Enquiry information is kept only for as long as needed to respond, assess fit and maintain an appropriate business record. If an enquiry becomes a customer engagement, relevant accounting, legal or security records may need to be retained for longer. Information is deleted when it is no longer needed.

Cloudflare and Resend may process information outside the United Kingdom. Their services use contractual and other transfer safeguards described in their privacy and data-processing terms.
